Production Supervisor
Join a family-run, fast-growing business near Royston! Our client is expanding their production line, making this a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a busy, hands-on production floor.
We’re looking for someone practical, proactive, and hands-on, who can run machines, fix issues, and confidently manage a small team. Experience in production, food manufacturing, or seed processing/handling is a big plus.
What’s on offer:
Hours: 07:30 am – 17:00 pm (negotiable), with flexibility for extra hours and early starts. Overtime paid at 1.5x
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour DOE
Requirements:
