My Royston based client is a market leader currently searching for a smart and energetic Creative Account Manager to join the team. The role is extremely varied and would suit a ‘people person’ with a keen eye for detail. My client is a design led business that creates bespoke premium merchandise for global sporting and automotive events and unique gifting solutions for some of the world’s top blue-chip brands. Their business approach is refreshingly different, dynamic, and very effective. 

The Design Company, located on the outskirts of Cambridge, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and facilitating the execution of innovative design projects.
 
What you will do?
  • Develop and maintain excellent personal relationships with existing clients
  • Project co-ordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Be the first point of contact for initial enquires and drive the process through to completion
  • Source products, negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure favourable terms and pricing
  • Collaborate with designers to create and develop innovative products
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences and events as required
 
What will you need?
  • To be a motivated and a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Possess a keen creative eye and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional project management and organisational abilities
  • BA in business or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivation with excellent levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in marketing, events or sports would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in using Outlook and CRM software
  • Understanding of product design processes, materials, and manufacturing methods
