Our client, a leading Accountancy firm based in Letchworth in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Advisor to join their growing, fast paced Recruitment team.

The role is to maintain existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and commercial, tax and business planning opportunities are considered. You will run a team of staff providing outsourcing and compliance services, working alongside the other lead relationship contacts and reporting to the Head of Department.

• Qualified with at least 5 years Post qualification experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Previous experience in running a portfolio of clients
• Experience in spotting and converting opportunities
