Our client is a leading global manufacturer who manufacture top-quality components used in some of the world’s most advanced aerospace engines. They are expanding and in doing so are recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to work within their Soft Insulation department.

The successful candidate will be trained in all areas of the department including training to operate soldering irons, cutting insulation material, sewing techniques, manufacture parts in numerous jigs and part inspection. Duties:

• Accurate interpretation and completion of production route cards
• General housekeeping of the work area
• Achieve company work & quality standards
• Participate in team-based activities
• On completion of the standard training programme, show competence in performing operations, in accordance with the company grading system
