Production/ Assembly Worker

We are recruiting for experienced Production and Assembly workers on behalf of our lovely client, a leading manufacturer based in a small village just outside of Royston. Due to the location, they require someone that drives.

They are looking for a hard-working, hands on individual to join their busy team. This role is initially on a temporary basis but for the right candidate will go permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
