Team Leader / Senior Recruitment Consultant

We’re a small but ambitious recruitment agency going through an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader or Senior Consultant to join us and help lead from the front.

• Full 360 recruitment – client management, candidate sourcing, and placements

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (agency side essential)

• A strong biller with natural leadership qualities

• Experience in mentoring or managing consultants is desirable

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help grow a business

• Someone who thrives in a collaborative and agile environment
