We are recruiting for a Production Operative for our client based in Cheshunt. They are a leading global manufacturer and are looking for a hard-working, hands on individual to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in production in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Hands on and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
