Our lovely clients based in Fulbourn are looking for a new Sales Advisor to join their growing team. The are a UK leading Engineering company and are looking for a hard working and hands on character that will be a positive addition to their team.
Responsibilities
- Sales Admin - Order processing & progressing
- Tech Support - providing technical support to the external sales team and customers, including preparation of quotes; giving guidance on product selection
- Product Management - market & competitor research, identifying required products and new market opportunities, overseeing the introduction of new product ranges
- Managing key accounts
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Technical knowledge
- Excellent customer service
- The ability to manage multiple customer accounts at one time
