Our lovely client, a company who handles planning applications and surveys for architects to do with wildlife and the environment, are looking for a part time Accounts / Admin Assistant to help out their small but busy team!
You will be working for a really lovely gentleman who has an office based at his home in Ashwell which offers a rather laid back and not so formal work environment.
He currently has a team of 4 people who are dotted about so this role would suit someone who is happy to work independently. The position is part time, working around a 16-hour week which can be flexible.
The client is looking for someone with previous accounts experience as well as confidence in using Word, Excel and Xero or Sage, strong admin skills and good attention to detail.
Day to day tasks will vary but you will be responsible for invoicing, chasing late payments and other ad hoc administrative and bookkeeping duties.
